The Combine, a firm specializing in early-stage business incubation, announced its acquisition of all assets owned by Atlanta-based consulting firm Ampirix. The acquired assets include customer accounts, research data and publications. Ampirix was founded by K.P. Reddy, who is also co-founder and partner at The Combine. Ampirix specializes in rapid go-to-market services leveraging proprietary customer discovery methodologies. Recent Ampirix clients include Autodesk, Mohawk Industries, Applied Software, Franz, Kilpatrick Townsend and BuiltSpace.

"By acquiring Ampirix, The Combine is expanding its knowledge base and relationships in ways that will help it better meet its client goals," said Reddy. "The Combine is gaining years of industry research data as well as access to relationships and tools that can then be used to help companies make the leap from merely concepts to highly successful business ventures."

Reddy formed Ampirix five years ago. During that time, the firm helped many companies move their business to their next growth stage through strategic research, proven methodologies and valuable consultative expertise. The Combine focuses on developing early-stage companies, corporate spinouts and new product offerings centered around technical expertise and knowledge. The data and resources obtained via the Ampirix acquisition will help The Combine better deliver on its objectives, as well as potentially create unparalleled stakeholder value and strategic partnership agreements.
