The Georgia Department of Labor’s Griffin Career Center will help AEP Industries, a packaging manufacturing company, recruit six workers for its Griffin location.

The recruitment will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at the career center located at 1514 Highway 16 West

The employer is recruiting industrial maintenance electromechanical technicians and industrial maintenance mechanics.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, all employees must be at least 18 years old.

A minimum of two years in manufacturing machine maintenance or any other related experience is required.

Salaries will depend on position and experience.
