Georgia United Credit Union is pleased to announce the hiring of Robert A. Bogart as Chief Financial Officer. Bob will assume the CFO responsibilities from Todd Gustafson, who will continue to serve as the credit union’s Executive Vice President.

Bob will be responsible for leading the accounting, finance, audit, compliance and facilities functions. He will also play a key role in overseeing the risk management activities of the credit union. For the past seven years, Bob was the Vice President and Treasurer for Hingham Institution for Savings, a $1.9 billion publicly-held bank located in Massachusetts. Bob was previously the Senior Vice President & CFO of First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union. He also held financial leadership positions with publicly-traded companies and was an audit manager for KPMG LLP. Bob is a CPA and graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a degree in Accounting.
