Sheree Knowles, Founder and Chief HR Officer for HR Knowledge Source, has been selected to be one of the featured guest speakers at the Small Business Market Expo and Job Fair. The Expo will take place on Saturday, August 27 at the Cobb Galleria Center, 2 Galleria Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA with seminars from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Exhibit Hall from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Knowles will use her 22 years of HR leadership experience and expertise to facilitate a workshop on People Management. Appropriately titled “Dodging Bullets and Navigating Landmines: Managing People Effectively”, she will cover: how to select talented people to join your company; how to adhere to the new FLSA classification requirements; how to encourage employees and provide performance feedback how to release employees when necessary.
