Windham Brannon, a leading provider of tax, audit, accounting and advisory services, has named Patrick Terry, CPA, Principal in its Audit Practice, effective September 1, 2016.

With more than 25 years of professional leadership experience in public accounting with international, regional and local firms, Terry joins Windham Brannon from Elliott Davis Decosimo's Atlanta office.

Terry has wide-ranging expertise and experience in a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services – key segments for Windham Brannon. He's worked extensively with closely-held companies, public corporations, and venture-backed entities. His specialty areas include traditional financial audits, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, compensation and benefits, and due diligence.

Terry is a graduate of Kennesaw State University – Michael J. Coles College of Business where he received his BBA degree in Accounting & Finance.  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the MIT Forum, Georgia BIO, and the Technology Association of Georgia.
