NYSA Strategic Sourcing announced that Jeff Tucker has joined the firm as CEO in its Atlanta Headquarters.  He previously served as CEO of Business Environments LLC in Atlanta for the past 5 years.  Since 1982, he has either owned or served as CEO or President of several companies including Elan Natural Waters and Commercial Office Products in Atlanta & CICO Enterprises, Ltd in Honolulu, HI.

NYSA Strategic Sourcing will provide the sourcing of products & services utilized for Mixed-Use Developments that includes Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family and Hospitality projects. Jeff has a versatile career background including the Office Furnishings & Design industry, Low Voltage Cabling, Hospitality & Military & Education facilities distribution, Business Management, Development & Consulting, Bottled Water & Wine marketing, business development, construction & production and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Tucker will lead a team of industry professionals designing and strategically sourcing services and solutions for projects being structured & developed nationwide by NYSA Capital ..... to insure a  "first in class" experience for their tenants, residents, visitors and patrons. Also, he will lead a team of technical professionals for the development of a services model, based upon technology that will be delivered through an integrated Data Center platform within the mixed-use developments.

Jeff and his wife Elizabeth are residents of Marietta, GA and have two sons and three grandchildren also residing in Marietta. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and has served on various charitable, foundation & alumni boards. Tucker is a sports enthusiast having coached youth & travel team baseball & middle school football for many years. He served on Atlanta's Peach Bowl Committee for 21 years as Chairman of Hospitality, the SEC Committee & the Atlanta Golf Classic as a Tee Announcer for 13 years and a member of the Men's Senior Baseball League for 6 years playing Pitcher & Third Base.  He is passionate about attending his grandchildren's various sports events, an avid golfer, being a "beach-bum" and enjoys following & attending Georgia Tech games.
