Procurri LLC, a leading global independent provider of Data Center Equipment and IT Lifecycle Services, announced the acquisition of Congruity LLC to expand its 3rd Party Maintenance and IT Lifecycle Services offerings. Procurri now holds a 51% controlling interest, with Congruity retaining 49%.
