Lennar Atlanta’s Vice President of Operations, Chris Recker, welcomes Bert Bearden as the company’s new Director of Operations, Atlanta South. “Our organization is growing throughout metro Atlanta, including Henry and Paulding counties. Atlanta’s ‘southern crescent’ is vital to the growth of our region, and we will be building beautiful new communities here. We need someone of Bert’s caliber to spearhead Lennar Atlanta’s exciting expansion into Atlanta South,” says Recker.

Bearden, who graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics and also holds a BBA in General Business from Mercer University, has extensive sales management experience with a number of other new home builders in the greater Atlanta area. He notes: “Lennar is an exceptional company where teamwork is valued and team members are challenged to expand their capabilities. We are here to build top quality new homes for homebuyers who are attracted by the many job opportunities that are materializing here in manufacturing, transportation and even the movie industry.”

In his spare time, Bearden, a resident of Cartersville, Georgia, plays guitar and enjoys snowboarding, basketball and other sports.
