Peachtree Tents & Events, LLC, d/b/a in Atlanta and (Music City) in Nashville, a leading event rental service company, together with its capital and mezzanine partners, Gemini Investors and Resolute Capital Partners, announces the acquisition of three companies: Tents Unlimited, Event Flooring Solutions, and Event Rentals Unlimited ‐ Atlanta and Birmingham. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"We are excited to join forces and expand our brand throughout the Southeast,” said Joe Freedman, CEO of Peachtree. “The institutional knowledge of owners Dan Nolan, Sam Wodetzki and Arnie Seyden is a great addition to our executive management team at Peachtree.”
The acquisition is inline with Peachtree’s expansion strategy; the company is a five‐time recipient on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing companies in the United States.
"We share common values and will continue to operate with the same commitment to clients and staff that we have always had,” said Dan Nolan, III. "By joining Peachtree, the partnership will expand our event rental family and give our team members meaningful opportunities for professional and personal growth.”
Peachtree founders Freedman and Jeff Terry, along with Mark Pasterik of Glenwood Enterprises and Enterprise Bank, joined Gemini Investors and Resolute Capital Partners in completing the investment.
“This partnership expands our service offerings into Birmingham and gives us a platform to execute large tent and flooring jobs throughout the United States, with more than 1 million square feet of tents and 250,000 square feet of flooring, we can execute any size job,” said Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Terry. “And perhaps most importantly, we are particularly excited about expanding our core values throughout our larger team. Our business and long-lasting client relationships have been built primarily by our belief in treating everyone we interact with respectfully and kindly. We would not be where we are today without those core values firmly in place.”
