M Moser, global architecture and design firm, was retained by Honeywell to develop their new breakthrough U.S Software Center located at 175 Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta, GA. Located in Midtown Atlanta this will serve as the global headquarters for the company’s Home and Building Technologies business, adding to the city’s thriving technology scene. The new office will support Honeywell’s evolution towards becoming recognized as a software business and serve to better showcase its leadership in the Internet of Things - helping airplanes, automobiles, buildings, homes, industrial plants, warehouses, and workers stay connected, safe, productive and secure.

Honeywell chose the City of Atlanta to give their existing HBT Unit a brand new headquarters, while developing a dynamic and stand-alone software department that encourages and facilitates the kind of spontaneous collaborations that inspire new ideas. The new space takes advantage of Atlanta’s position as the Southeast’s technology hub in the US and serves to attract the best tech workforce in the country. For the project, M Moser approached Honeywell with a strategy that fosters a whole new level of collaboration and showcases the company’s technological capabilities and products in a completely revolutionary environment. The anticipated project completion date is Fall 2017.
