ScanSTAT Technologies, a rapidly expanding and national Release of Information and Protected Health Information Exchange company, announced that Matt Rohs has been appointed as the new President. Rohs is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, as well as its next phase of strategic growth.

Rohs brings 25 years of success in the ROI industry to ScanSTAT's employees, partners and customers. Previously, he founded an ROI company and grew it to be a regional leader, and then he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for 15 years at the largest ROI company in the nation.

"Matt's management style is a perfect fit for ScanSTAT's people-first culture," says CEO Glenn Andrews. "Having known him for more than 15 years, I'm confident Matt shares our corporate values of recruiting and retaining the best employees, while always remembering that ScanSTAT exists first and foremost to provide our customers and their patients with the best ROI solutions in the market. Matt's expertise in the healthcare ROI industry is unmatched," he adds.

"I am very excited to join the ScanSTAT team," says Rohs. "Because ScanSTAT is employee owned, it is not beholden to bankers or investors who may place more value on financial performance than on maintaining an innovative corporate culture. This contributes to ScanSTAT's continued success in achieving double-digit growth, having zero debt and earning an industry-leading customer retention rate," he continues.
