Housing economy expert John Hunt of MarketNsight and ViaSearch is excited to announce MarketWatch Atlanta on Friday, June 9. As home builders scramble to meet the generational demands of millennials and boomers with exploding costs and every market in a state of moderation, Hunt believes it may be time to innovate again.

“With few exceptions, we build the same house today that we built 20 years ago,” said Hunt. “But we forget that those homes were cutting edge departure from the brick ranches of the 60s and 70s.”
