Twenty Georgia Department of Labor employees graduated from the department’s Executive Commitment to Excellence in Leadership program on Friday, June 2. EXCEL, a partnership with the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government that began in 1992, is designed to develop future department leaders. Classes explore the major political, social and economic issues facing the state and nation.
