The Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce presents the we3 Women’s Conference on Friday, October 20, 2017, from 10am to 3pm. The conference celebrates the multi-faceted qualities of women. It is sure to engage, empower, and educate women by connecting them to local businesses and professionals in the community. There will be breakout sessions, a keynote speaker, a Woman of the Year, and exhibitors. Lunch is included.

Dr. Andrea Bowens-Jones will be providing an empowering keynote address. As President/CEO of IDG Vision, LLC and Certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer, Dr. Andrea leverages her experiences together with Maxwell’s proven leadership teachings to inspire, develop, and grow her audience. Her motto is “Live a life of limitless possibilities!”

The afternoon session will include a diverse panel of successful business women: Dee Barnes, Evans Tool & Die, Inc.; Jean Yontz, Phoenix Pass; Kelli-Potter-Ferrell, Nana’s Chicken & Waffles; and Katrina Young, Georgia Piedmont Technical College.

Attendees will be able to celebrate the we3 Women of the Year. Nominations are in and are currently being reviewed to determine the Woman of the Year. This award will be presented to an individual woman who has distinguished herself, her profession, and her commitment to uplifting women in the Conyers-Rockdale community. This prestigious award will be announced at the we3 Women’s Conference.
