CX Talks Welcomes AT&T Executive Neal Berg As Keynote Speaker in Atlanta on October 2nd

On October 2, CX Talks: The Customer Experience Summit brings together leading researchers, marketers and other professionals for a day of discussion and analysis in Atlanta. And serving as keynote speaker is Neal Berg, Associate Vice President of User Experience Innovation and Brand Experience at AT&T. At 11 a.m. on October 2, Berg will present the seminar, “Transforming the AT&T Brand Experience” as one of the summit’s keynote presentations.

An innovative leader and visionary, Berg is behind the customer and brand experience strategies and design execution for many of the world’s largest and most respected brands. His career is focused on capitalizing on market insights for brands to achieve greater connectivity with today’s empowered consumer. Berg’s work at AT&T has spanned across both entertainment and business as the company transforms their business into new markets domestically and globally. His previous role with IBM leading a CX strategy practice for North America provided a breadth of opportunities working with a wide variety of brands in retail, luxury, banking, travel and telecommunications.

This one-day event brings together an estimated 450 attendees, 17 associations and 28 speakers, including 12 CX Talks presenters, 12 panelists, two moderators and two keynotes.
