Veteran real estate developer Jim Braden, with Braden & Associates, brings Atlanta's first condominium conversion in 10 years. Burnett Grant Park, located at 880 Confederate Avenue SE, is slated to start sales in October in one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods, Grant Park.
"When I built Burnett Grant Park it was specifically designed for conversion from apartments to for sale homes," said Jim Braden, CEO of Braden & Associates. "We envisioned this conversion before the recession hit and there is currently no other product like this for sale in Grant Park, so we are thrilled to bring it to market."
"I'm excited to be launching this conversion in the Grant Park neighborhood," said Lucia Nuzzi, owner and founder of Nuzzi Consulting LLC. "Burnett Grant Park is surrounded by culture and local businesses making these condos extremely appealing. Additionally, Grant Park is in the early stages of a $48 million renovation including underground parking and rooftop park directly across from Zoo Atlanta. Burnett Grant Park is just two blocks away from the entrance to Grant Park."
Partners for the project include Ansley Developer Services, Condominium Concepts Management, Nuzzi Consulting LLC, BrandMortgage, Phoenix Contracting and Satilla Capital Partners.
The 54-home property features open floor plans with highly appointed finishes including, bathroom upgrades, new stainless-steel kitchen appliances, new flooring and private patios. Nearly $400,000 in renovations have been made to the common areas of the building including a new resident lounge equipped with a coffee bar, WiFi and unique work spaces, exercise facility with premium training equipment and a state-of-the-art security system with 24-hour monitoring for the property.
