Preserve Properties Develops Unique Buckhead Condominium Project

Preserve Properties has begun developing The Sutton, a 151-unit luxury condominium project located in the heart of Atlanta’s upscale Buckhead district. The 21-story project will offer one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from $500,000 to $1.4 million-plus.

The Sutton residences will feature spacious floorplans — from 1,000 square feet for a one-bedroom home to 2,000 square feet for three-bedroom units — and Bosch appliances, Italian cabinetry and quartz countertops. It will include 24-7 concierge service, porte-cochère entry and a two-story lobby with fireplace; a 1,500-square-foot clubroom with coffee bar, media area and catering kitchen; a business center with conference room; a 2,200-square-foot fitness center; and a heated saltwater pool with tanning ledge. An expansive deck with cabanas, seating areas, grilling stations, covered fireplace and fire pit will surround the 1,100-square-foot pool on the sixth floor.
