Preserve Properties has begun developing The Sutton, a 151-unit luxury condominium project located in the heart of Atlanta’s upscale Buckhead district. The 21-story project will offer one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from $500,000 to $1.4 million-plus.

An expansive deck with cabanas, seating areas, grilling stations, covered fireplace and fire pit will surround the 1,100-square-foot pool on the sixth floor.
