Georgia Piedmont Technical College will host its annual State of the College breakfast, Tuesday, February 20, 2018, on its DeKalb campus in Clarkston.  During this informative and inspirational annual event, Dr. Jabari Simama, president of Georgia Piedmont Technical College, will deliver his State of the College address.  The theme of this year’s event is “The Georgia Piedmont Advantage: Ramping Up Workforce Capacity.”
 
Make plans now to hear Dr. Simama speak.  Highlights from his speech will include recent investments in signature programs, as well as his vision for community development within the college’s four-county service area and beyond.  Dr. Simama also will   provide updates regarding:

·       New partnerships the college has forged with other institutions;

·       Workforce training and development organizations, and;

·       Accomplishments of the college’s students, faculty and staff that occurred during the past year.
