Beazer Homes USA, Inc. announced that Steward “Sam” Sparks has joined the Company as Senior Vice President - Corporate Development.

Allan Merrill, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “I am very pleased that Sam is joining Beazer. There are few executives in our industry that can match Sam’s experience in growing homebuilding businesses and mentoring future leaders. With that background, Sam will be able to play a key role in the attainment of our balanced growth objectives.”

Mr. Sparks began his career as an attorney representing homebuilders. He also served as President of a land development company in Atlanta and has held Division and Region President positions with both D.R. Horton and Lennar. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law.
