JE Dunn Construction Launches 26-Story Student Housing Tower for Georgia State University

JE Dunn Construction has broken ground on 120 Piedmont, a $63.8 million, 26-story student housing tower in downtown Atlanta that will deliver 685 beds for Georgia State University’s growing student body.
A project of South City Partners, a multi-family development company, 120 Piedmont promises best-in-class luxury apartment living near the GSU campus. The apartments feature amenities that include on-site library, fitness center, rooftop deck with outdoor living room and grilling area, resort-style pool and clubhouse, internet café and Wi-Fi throughout the building.

The 467,125-square-foot tower includes 8,136 square feet of retail space. and a 78,379-square-foot parking facility.
The 120 Piedmont project is the fifth recent project in JE Dunn’s partnership with South City Partners.
For Georgia State University, JE Dunn recently converted a Major League Baseball ballpark—Turner Field, former home of the Atlanta Braves—into a NCAA Division 1 collegiate football stadium.
The projected completion date for 120 Piedmont is August 2019.
