NCR’s Mike Groesch Appointed Co-Chairperson of Metro Atlanta Chamber IoT Council

NCR Corporation, a global leader in omni-channel solutions, announced that Mike Groesch, VP, NCR Smart Services, Product Management, Development and Delivery, has been named a co-chairperson of the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s Internet of Things Leadership Council.
Backed by a consortium of business, government and non-profit leaders, the Council is building a collaborative culture that will make metro Atlanta a global force in innovation. The Council unites people to strengthen Atlanta’s position as a technological powerhouse and steers the strategic direction of the region’s IoT initiative, IoT.ATL.

Groesch leads the efforts of NCR’s Global Customer Services organization for IoT, big data, analytics and forecasting. His team is key to addressing customer needs and increasing customer satisfaction, handling millions of global customer service requests annually.
The team is also charged with integrating all global services operations (new business planning, remote services management, service operations centers, product management, and related IT infrastructure tools) and driving standard processes, tools, analytics and talent management.
“I’m honored and excited to be a part of the IoT Leadership Council, working together to advance IoT and further position Atlanta as a leader in high tech,” said Groesch. “This will enable NCR to partner with other like-minded organizations to expand the digital connected services economy.”
