Cousins Properties announced that Dary Stone has been elected to its Board of Directors effective April 24, 2018.  Mr. Stone was previously a member of Cousins' Board for five years prior to the company's merger and spin transactions with Parkway Properties in 2016.  Upon the closing of these transactions, Mr. Stone retired from Cousins' Board and became a member of New Parkway's Board, in which capacity he served until New Parkway was sold to a private investor in 2017.  Mr. Stone currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of R. D. Stone Interests.  He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cousins as well as President of Cousins' Texas operations.
