Delta Air Lines’ Board of Directors has set the airline’s annual meeting of stockholders for 7:30 a.m. ET, June 29, 2018. The meeting will be held at the offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, 450 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York.
The record date for determining stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting will be the close of business on May 2, 2018.
