Brock Built Homes, one of Atlanta’s premier in-town homebuilders is proud to announce their realtor Dahlia Aitova has been named 2017 Top Producer. This is the 10th time Dahlia has qualified for the Atlanta Board of Realtors Top Producer award. To qualify, a relator had sales results at a minimum of $4 million or 15 units. Dahlia was one of the top realtors with close to $25 million in sales and more than 75 units sold. Dahlia is a life member of Top Producer’s Club of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Dahlia started her real estate career after purchasing her first home. Born and raised in Russia, Dahlia had only experienced government-owned housing. The dream of owning your own home was an unrealistic dream for all of her family. “It was such an amazing experience to purchase my first home,” said Dahlia. “I wanted to give that same experience to other people, so they could feel happy, excited and overjoyed like I did. I knew I had to change careers and become a realtor. I have been with Brock for more than 13 years, and I am very fortunate to be able to “create” a home for people to fulfill their dreams.”
