Diane Woody to Lead Consumer Division at Georgia’s InsuranceHub

Armed with more than 20 years experience in customer service management - 14 of which in the insurance industry, Diane Woody serves as the ideal candidate to lead the sales and customer service teams for the consumer division at InsuranceHub. Assuming the role of Director of Personal Lines, Woody will be responsible for ensuring that her division sustains profitable growth and retains all current and new business. She is also charged with identifying ways to improve processes and drive out inefficiencies through best practices to deliver the best service. Prior to her career in insurance, Woody boasts an impressive IT background – making her the perfect fit for InsuranceHub – a technology-driven insurance agency based in Metro-Atlanta that serves more than 15,000 clients all across the United States.

Woody was initially attracted to the insurance field because of her history of being part of a close-knit family and the Lao Asian community where she was taught to aid those in need. She views the insurance industry as an endless opportunity to help others. She has found a great deal of personal satisfaction using her background, skill set and talent for relationship-building to help her clients find solutions. She also truly enjoys developing and coaching a team to strive to not only reach their goals, but to exceed them. Prior to joining InsuranceHub, she did turns as Underwriting Manager at Liberty Mutual Group and as branch owner of her own agency.

This self-described social butterfly is proud to serve on the board of Lao Asian Community Services of Georgia, a non-profit organization focused on preserving cultural traditions and helping its members. When not working or volunteering, Woody can be found watching SEC college football on game day Saturdays or taking in the latest Marvel Superheroes movie.
