Edward Andrews Homes Names Caroline Simmel Chief Marketing Officer

Edward Andrews Homes announced that Caroline Simmel has been named chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Simmel most recently served as senior vice president of marketing for the builder and has been with EA Homes since its inception in 2007. From the beginning, Simmel created the culture and business practices needed to deliver well-built, purposeful homes and established the company as a placemaker and lifestyle curator.

In her role as chief marketing officer, Simmel will continue to be responsible for the strategic direction and management of EA Homes’ sales, marketing and design with an emphasis on driving revenue growth and profitability. Simmel will leverage her broad residential real estate marketing experience to develop and execute communication campaigns that support consistent business growth and development. Simmel’s expertise in land feasibility and lot acquisition along with market and demographic research positions her to merge three key facets of the company into one streamlined consumer experience.

As an experienced real estate strategist, Simmel leads marketing efforts focused on target demographics and consumer insights, product planning and price positioning, competitive profiling, cutting edge digital initiatives and promotional efforts for both current and future communities. In addition, she oversees the investor group analytics team during the project feasibility phase of land and lot acquisition to quantify strategic growth options for future communities across Atlanta.
Prior to joining EA Homes, Simmel consulted on lot sales at PEC Development Group. Before that, she developed the land acquisition division at Jenny Pruitt & Associates. Simmel received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
