Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Aughtry is pleased to announce the addition of Kevin P. Langley as an Atlanta-based associate in the firm’s labor and employment section.
 
Langley’s practice will focus on advising and defending employers nationwide regarding: wage and hour and overtime disputes filed pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law, Title VII discrimination claims and complex leaves of absence.  He will also handle claims against former employees who have misappropriated trade secrets, unlawfully accessed protected computers, and breached non-compete and non-solicit agreements.
 
Langley earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
