With more than 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, Kindt has worked in engineering, sales, marketing, logistics and business development.

Kindt joins Spencer Stuart from another global search firm, where he was a consultant specializing in searches for engineered product companies and automotive and industrial technology providers. He focused on leadership challenges across functions, with an emphasis on GM and CFO roles. Joe started his career at a privately held mechanical contractor and later spent six years at GE, primarily in marketing and strategic planning. Kindt has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and a BA in art history from Brigham Young University.
