Adrenaline, a national experience design company with clients in financial services, healthcare, sports and entertainment, has signed a 22,200-square-foot loft office lease at Lindbergh City Center for its Atlanta headquarters. Adrenaline will move into the space in the fall of this year. Build-out will be handled by Colliers Real Estate Management Services, the property manager.

Sean Keathley, President of Adrenaline, said, “We chose Lindbergh for Adrenaline’s headquarters because it’s at the heart of a budding community that will fuse together the best of Midtown and Buckhead. We believe it will soon become one of Atlanta’s new hottest destinations, giving us access to talent that want to live, work and play in the same place.”

He added, “With direct commuter train access and growing restaurant and retail right on our doorstep, current and prospective employees and clients can take full advantage of everything the neighborhood has to offer. Most importantly, this impressively architected, first generation space gives us a blank canvas to design our own ideal experience for our employees and clients. Lindbergh is the next chapter of our story, embodying for ourselves the experience design work we do for our clients.”

Jack Arnold of Stream Realty Partners represented building owner Prime Finance in the transaction. Ryan Hudson of CBRE represented Adrenaline.
