Astral Brands, Inc. (Astral), the name behind a family of beauty brands dedicated to innovation in the clean and clinical beauty category, announced that it has completed the purchase of butter LONDON, the pure, posh and playful nail and makeup brand renowned for high-quality, chemical-free cosmetics. The acquisition of butter LONDON is expected to strengthen Astral's global leadership position in performance-based prestige cosmetics by adding reach in the nail category and widening the Astral portfolio of innovative, good-for-your-skin makeup and skincare offerings – an Astral Brands, Inc. corporate priority.
Founded in 2005, butter LONDON was the first high fashion 3-free nail lacquer brand where all products were formulated without the most common chemicals found in nail lacquer. Today, the "better-for-you" brand continues to lead the industry with safe, effective and skin pampering ingredients.
