ECG Management Consultants, a national consulting firm working exclusively with healthcare providers, announced that Carl Fleming has joined the firm's Operations Improvement and Technology Division as a principal.

Fleming brings 17 years of experience in healthcare technology and operations consulting, with a focus on IT strategy and innovative technology solutions. "My passion is to partner with clients and, through a human-centered design approach, define and implement advanced technology solutions to support the complex landscape of the patient care continuum," said Fleming.

Prior to joining ECG, Fleming served as a practice leader with Impact Advisors. There he led technology visioning and planning engagements for more than 35 new facility projects ranging from community hospitals and ambulatory care centers to large IDNs, academic health systems, and children's hospitals.
