EY announced the winners of the Entrepreneur of The Year 2018 Southeast Program, naming RESICAP, a leading service provider for the single-family asset class, as the winner in the Real Estate and Construction category.

The prestigious awards program recognizes entrepreneurs like RESICAP co-founders Andy Capps and Lance Popp, who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. The business leaders are selected by a panel of independent judges.

In the past eight years, RESICAP has expanded into 34 states and 59 markets across the country and has over 700 employees. RESICAP optimizes acquisition, construction and property management through their proprietary software platform, Honeybadger.

Over the past 30 years, the program has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 145 cities in more than 60 countries.
