Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is proud to announce that Serena E. Henry has joined the company as Vice President of Training and Agent Business Development. 

Serena's 13-year real estate background includes pre- and post-license training positions with respected real estate organizations, serving as Managing Broker and successful experience in all facets of real estate sales. As a professional Educator, Serena utilizes varied student-centered learning activities.  She facilitates peer rapport-building through team modules, and takes a partnering approach with each student.  These flexible methods to learning have helped her students quickly acclimate into their new careers and achieve sustained success.  Serena most recently served as the Managing Broker of the InTown Office for a large real estate brokerage.

Serena served in various industry trade organizations including Director and Vice President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, President of the Women's Council of REALTORS Atlanta and several committee member roles with Georgia REALTORS.  While serving as president of Women's Council of REALTORS Atlanta, she founded a Leadership Academy which continues to partner with local brokers and REALTOR affiliates to develop future industry leaders, improve individual sales productivity skills, and enhance member professionalism.

Serena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Georgia State University.  She is a CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), RENE, (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), C-RETS (Certified Real Estate Team Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), and a National Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy graduate.  She is fluent in Spanish and taught English while living in Madrid, Spain.
