The Atlanta studio of global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will welcomes industry influencer Kim Rousseau as managing principal, a role that will help guide clients through the design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary, multifunctional projects. From urban design and landscape architecture to architecture and interior design—and from market sectors as diverse as corporate, civic, and higher education—Rousseau will provide clients with the leadership needed to converge distinct design specialties into a single, successful project.

Having worked at Perkins+Will from 2003-2014, Rousseau is already familiar with the firm, its people, and its values, making the transition to her new role seamless.

"My early years as a designer at Perkins+Will provided me with a phenomenal foundational experience and I’m thrilled to be returning,” Rousseau says. “The firm has both the capabilities and culture to deliver world-class interdisciplinary design solutions, and its global reach and resources ensure clients can realize their design visions, however complex and nuanced.”

"Kim’s design insights, project management skills and entrepreneurial spirit will be key to enhancing our client experience and to directing large and complex interdisciplinary efforts," says David Dymecki, principal and managing director of Perkins+Will’s Atlanta office. "She understands how great projects get done, from conception through delivery, and can fluidly navigate the intersection between corporate and urban planning strategies. We are thrilled to welcome Kim back to Perkins+Will.”
