The Atlanta studio of global architecture and design firm Perkins+Will welcomes industry influencer Kim Rousseau as managing principal, a role that will help guide clients through the design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary, multifunctional projects. From urban design and landscape architecture to architecture and interior design—and from market sectors as diverse as corporate, civic, and higher education—Rousseau will provide clients with the leadership needed to converge distinct design specialties into a single, successful project.

Having worked at Perkins+Will from 2003-2014, Rousseau is already familiar with the firm, its people, and its values, making the transition to her new role seamless.

Rousseau has led design projects around the globe for notable Fortune 500 companies, admired Healthcare systems, respected and innovative universities, and national multi-family developers. She has a wide range of experience that includes professional service offices, creative offices, base building design and renovation, corporate headquarters, research and development facilities, child care centers, innovation centers, college campuses, residential buildings, education facilities, and camps.  She is NCIDQ certified and is a registered Interior Designer in Georgia. She is a Leader in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). She also maintains active memberships in IIDA, CREW and CORENET where she serves on the Atlanta Board of Directors as Chair of Programs.  She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida.
