SJV & Associates, Supply Chain Leader to the Background Screening Industry, announced the promotion of Nitza Lamas to the position of Vice President of Product Strategy and Compliance.

Nitza joined SJV in 2015. In her role as VP, Nitza's focus is to expand SJV's Global Footprint through new and enhanced solutions, while service as dedicated and expert resource to SJV's customers in all areas of International Screening. Nitza brings over 25 years of experience in the Background and Pre-Employment Screening Industries.
