Four executives have recently joined the Speak Life team, including Alp Ozsoy as General Manager - Holbrook Decatur, Steve Alden as General Manager - Holbrook Acworth, Kathleen Bienkowski as corporate Chief People Officer, and Cindy Richards is assuming a new role as the lead Community Relations Director, responsible for the $106 million startup at Holbrook Woodstock. Headquartered in Alpharetta, Speak Life is a family-owned business that manages active adult, enriched and inspired living communities across the Southeast.

As General Managers, Ozsoy and Alden will lead and oversee all aspects of the management of their specific campus in accordance with the Speak Life philosophy, which is based on positivity, optimism and “Ikigai”-purpose of life.  Chief People Officer Bienkowski will guide all company HR needs to support company growth, and develop internal HR capabilities to continue to build, enhance and sustain Speak Life’s culture, a new paradigm in the active living industry. At the Holbrook in Woodstock, Community Relations Director Richards will be responsible for the community’s revenue by driving pre-leasing sales and move-in sales to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy and average daily census.
