Integritek, a premier provider of technology services and support for small and mid-sized businesses, announced that it has acquired QSource Networks, an Atlanta-based Infrastructure Management Organization. The acquisition expands Integritek’s footprint in the greater Atlanta area, where the company has already been experiencing strong growth.

“Integritek is now in five large markets, Atlanta being one of them,” said Ramsey Sahyoun, Evergreen’s Head of M&A. “There is real opportunity in all those markets to fill a big need for SMBs that are looking for an IT firm that is easy to do business with, and we’re excited to see Integritek continue to explore that opportunity, both organically and by partnering with great companies like QSource.”

This is Integritek’s second acquisition since accepting an investment from Evergreen Services Group earlier this year. Integritek continues to actively pursue acquisition opportunities nationwide where they can serve as a long-term home for IT service providers that want to see their employees and customers taken care of post-acquisition.
