John Ryan Shaw to Lead Riskonnect’s Customer Success Team

Riskonnect, the global leader for integrated risk management, announced John Ryan Shaw has joined the company as senior vice president, customer success.

Shaw brings 20 years of customer and talent management experience to Riskonnect, most recently serving as vice president of customer success at JAGGAER, a cloud procurement solutions company.

Shaw has held numerous senior-level customer success roles in the technology sector, with an emphasis in change management services, customer intelligence services and practice area leadership programs.

In his new role, Shaw will lead the newly focused customer success team, which will partner with Riskonnect’s customers to introduce and implement strategies to help them better meet their strategic objectives. This will include transparent customer health monitoring and life-cycle management.
