John Winter Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director

John Winter has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Managing Director of the firm’s Atlanta office tenant representation group.

Winter has more than 14 years of experience in tenant representation and consultation on a regional and national basis. In his new role at Cushman & Wakefield, Winter will continue to represent large occupiers in a wide range of real estate activities.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Winter was Senior Vice President at JLL. He was previously at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was recognized as one of Atlanta’s top 10 commercial brokers and in the top 100 of Cushman & Wakefield globally. He has represented high-profile clients including Drew Eckl & Farnham, CIT Bank, PNC and the Robert M. Woodruff Foundation.

Winter graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in History and completed the LEAD Atlanta program in 2011. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
