When AmericasMart launches The Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market next week, attendees will again be treated to the creative stylings of Atlanta-based event design firm WM Events. For the second year, WM Events will provide décor accents throughout the public areas and styling for various special events of the annual market. To bring light and hope to the dreary winter month, WM Events has chosen pastels as the foundational design theme.
 
“We were thrilled to be asked back to handle décor for the Gift & Home Furnishings Market again this year,” said William Fogler, principal at WM Events. “When we design events and settings for guests who are in the design industry themselves, it is quite an honor. We’re looking forward to bringing current design trends to life for thousands of market attendees.”
 
WM Events begins the installation on Monday, Jan. 7, and when the market opens on Jan. 8, visitors will enjoy seasonal florals in copper vases, fiesta florals in the demonstration kitchen, an eco-lounge with a plethora of hanging greenery, an atrium with boxwood walls, an all-white relaxation lounge and charging station, and many additional environments. WM Events is handling design for multiple events held during the Market, as well, including America’s Magnificent Carpet Awards and the Shop the Show Soiree.
