Ameris Bank Secures Naming Rights for Alpharetta Amphitheater

Ameris Bank is the new name-in-title sponsor of Greater-Atlanta’s contemporary amphitheatre, signing a multi-year agreement with Live Nation. Hosting 30+ events each year and welcoming more than 300,000 live music fans annually, the venue will now be known as the Ameris Bank Amphitheatre.
The Ameris Bank Amphitheatre underscores Ameris Bank’s commitment to supporting the arts through music, which fosters creativity, strengthens local economies and unifies communities. This partnership integrates Ameris Bank into the community in a culturally relevant way and symbolizes its commitment to maintaining strong roots in Atlanta and Northern Georgia. Additionally, Ameris Bank will be the entitlement sponsor of the venue’s West Fan Plaza.

Located in the northern Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, Georgia, Ameris Bank Amphitheatre (formerly known as Verizon Amphitheatre) the 12,000-capacity amphitheatre is operated by Live Nation Entertainment. Opening its doors in 2008, the amphitheatre attracts some of the biggest names in music, including Jimmy Buffett, Chris Stapleton, Steely Dan, Luke Bryan, Dave Matthews Band, Zac Brown Band, having all performed at the venue in recent years.
