Richard Romero, CVA, PAHM, CHFP, has joined Coker Group as Senior Vice President.

Romero, based in Nashville, TN, comes to Coker Group with more than 20 years of experience with valuation of financial arrangements and businesses, hospital and physician integration, and compliance and litigation support. His expertise includes strategic and operational consulting, bankruptcy and turn-around, valuation, litigation support, expert witness services, compliance, and employment-related matters. He has worked with a wide variety of clients such as physicians and physician practices, independent practice associations, hospitals, specialty hospitals, joint-ventures, managed care organizations, billing companies, and entities such as long-term care, governmental, and clinical research.

Before joining Coker, Romero was a healthcare director at a top-50 accounting firm where he was responsible for the oversight of healthcare valuation services from their Nashville office.
