GSI, Inc. announced that it has acquired IT Prophets' consulting practice from IT Prophets LLC, bringing a broad range of complementary IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and services related to ServiceNow, BMC, Salesforce, Cherwell and more to the company.

Jean Landmesser, who was president at IT Prophets, will join GSI in the newly created position of Director of the ITSM practice. She brings nearly 15+ years of ITSM experience to the position. "This move was the natural next step in a very successful long-term relationship between the two companies," Landmesser said. "The combination of GSI and IT Prophets aligns the expertise of the two companies and better positions us to be an industry leader while enhancing our offerings to our clients."
