South Metro Development Outlook Conference, the largest economic development conference hosted in the South Metro Atlanta region, highlights continued economic growth in the southern region and collaboration between government, elected officials, chambers of commerce, and private sector partners. Industry experts and thought leaders will discuss the growth, impact, and positive changing perspectives of Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Henry, and South Fulton counties as well as the City of Atlanta.

Now in its 17th year, the conference explores transformative development projects including The Gateway Center @ College Park Arena and MARTA’s transit oriented developments and updates on new economic development activity in the region.
