FirstService Residential, North America's property management leader, has named Reid Schermer as vice president, effective February 2019.

As FirstService Residential continues to expand its footprint in Georgia, Schermer will focus on the company's operations and growth strategies in the region.

Schermer's extensive background includes more than 15 years of operations and project management experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry. During his career, he has held roles at Birdsey Property Solutions, where he served as managing director of operations, and Pulte Homes, where he managed the development of numerous large-scale residential communities.
