FMG Adds Lateral Partners in Atlanta and Los Angeles

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of four new hires who have joined us in our Los Angeles and Atlanta offices.
Ken Menendez joins the firm as a partner in the labor and employment law practice section. Mr. Menendez is a nationally recognized employment law attorney with wide ranging experience in all aspects of employment, wage and hour and regulatory compliance. His experience includes formerly serving as the managing partner of Epstein Becker’s Atlanta Office.
Joseph Colette is a partner in FMG’s government law practice section and formerly was a partner at the Owen Gleaton firm in Atlanta. Mr. Colette represents numerous local governments, including an array of cities, counties, law enforcement agencies, community service boards, and economic development authorities.
Bill Linkous is a partner in the firm’s government law section. Mr. Linkous most recently was the county attorney for Gwinnett County, one of Georgia’s largest county governments, where he supervised the County’s law department. He has handled virtually every kind of local government litigation and regulatory issue.
Wayne Hammack brings two decades of litigation experience in the California courts and will be a partner in the downtown Los Angeles office. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage, bad faith and high exposure complex litigation.
