Croy Founder and CEO Honored with Special Recognition by liveSAFE Resources

Jim Croy, Sr., PE, Founder, Managing Partner, and CEO of Georgia-based Croy Engineering, was honored with a special recognition from liveSAFE Resources on Friday evening during the organization’s 34th annual Tribute to Achievement event at the Cobb Galleria Centre.
 
Jim received the award in recognition of his leadership in championing liveSAFE Resources, an organization committed to raising awareness and providing safety for those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse throughout our community. He was honored alongside four additional men who have also contributed to the organization, including former Governor Ray Barnes, Pat Head, Sam Olens, and Vic Reynolds.

Over the course of his more than 45-year career, Jim has served as Director for Cobb County Department of Transportation, Deputy Director for the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority (GRTA), and Executive Director for the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA). In 2005, he established Croy Engineering, LLC, a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm. Under his leadership, Croy has grown to more than 150 people, five offices across the Southeast, and 14 different service capabilities including surveying, program management, land acquisition, and mobility solutions.
