Fulton County Department Of Arts & Culture Announces Funding for The Small Arts Project And Individual Artist Category

The Fulton County Department of Arts & Culture (FCAC) announces an additional opportunity to apply for funding through the 2019 Contracts for Services Program (CFS). Fulton County-based arts organizations and artists can request funding of $1,500 to $2,500 through the Small Arts Project and Individual Artists fund.

Eligible groups and artists are encouraged to apply for these service contracts which are designed to support activities taking place between June 1 through Dec. 31, 2019. Eligible projects or activities must provide access, participation and appreciation of the arts for Fulton County residents and visitors.

CFS Program Requirements:

• Projects funded in previous cycles are not eligible for funding consideration

• Organizations or individual artists currently being considered for funding due to their applications submitted for the October 29, 2018 deadline are not eligible to apply.

• City permits are required for all public art projects with application submissions.

• Fiscal agents can only represent non-profit organizations (maximum of 2) per funding cycle.

• A 1:1 match is not required for applicants in the SAP category.

• New applicants are required to register for a Fulton County vendor code as the first step in the application process using the vendor code self-service system. Applications without a confirmed vendor code will be considered ineligible for funding consideration.

• Returning applicants are encouraged to complete an annual update of vendor information in the self-registration system including address and contact. www.fultonvendorselfservice.co.fulton.ga.us.

Applications open March 12, 2019, and closes April 12, 2019. The Small Arts Project category has rolling deadlines which are subject to funds availability. Applications must be completed and submitted through the WebGrants system: http://fulton.dullestech.net by 11:59 p.m. on the day of the deadline.

The FCAC Contracts for Services (CFS) team will conduct application process workshops which are free and open to the public. Advanced registration is required.
