TowerPoint announced that the company has relocated its East Coast corporate headquarters to the Proscenium at 1170 Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta, Ga. On the West Coast, TowerPoint opened its doors at the La Jolla Gateway Building at 9191 Towne Centre Drive in San Diego, Ca.

“As one of the nation’s top cities for innovation, Metro Atlanta is a prime location from which to recruit the best talent to help us grow our business,” said TowerPoint CEO Jesse Wellner. “Midtown offers a unique energy and we’re thrilled to be at the center of it.”

Located on the sixteenth floor of the Proscenium, TowerPoint’s Atlanta office will house members of the C-suite along with operations and acquisitions personnel and will serve as the primary hub for TowerPoint Infrastructure Group. Bennett Gottlieb of Capital Real Estate Group represented TowerPoint in the transaction, and CBRE represented the landlord. Previously, TowerPoint was located at Six Concourse Parkway, Atlanta, Ga., its home for six years.

Tower Point’s West Coast location serves as a major hub for the firm’s Wireless Real Estate practice and is the primary office for acquisitions training and development, as well as TowerPoint’s Network Real Estate Solutions (NRES) business. The office will house two partners along with acquisitions and operations personnel.

“La Jolla UTC is the North County financial hub of San Diego and its exhilarating to be a part of it,” said TowerPoint executive vice president Garett Zubok. “The team is extremely excited to call La Jolla Gateway home.”

Tony Russell of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage represented TowerPoint in the La Jolla Gateway transaction. Previously, TowerPoint’s West Coast office was located at 10675 Sorrento Valley Road in San Diego.

Divided between Atlanta and San Diego, TowerPoint’s staff has grown to include a total of 50 personnel.
