Monday, April 29th, 2019
Boyd Collar Nolen Tuggle & Roddenbery announced the recent addition of Associate Caitlyn Kerr to the firm. Her practice will focus on a range of family law matters including high-net-worth divorce, child custody issues, modifications, and contempt issues.
Kerr’s interest in the well-being of families inspired her move to a dedicated family law practice. Prior to joining Boyd Collar Nolen Tuggle & Roddenbery, Kerr spent four years practicing family law, probate litigation and real estate law, specifically focusing on partition actions and boundary disputes. During that time, she successfully litigated highly contested divorces and high-conflict modifications.
Kerr is a member of the Family Law Section, Real Estate Section and Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and is a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL).
Kerr earned her undergraduate degree from University of Georgia and her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
